摘　　要：介绍了陶瓷过滤机的工作原理、工作流程等基础情况,结合陶瓷过滤机在过滤具有易沉降、颗粒粗、弱酸性特点的高品位硫精矿应用中的常见故障进行了分析,并提出了相应的处理措施,通过改进,解决了陶瓷过滤机在处理高品位硫精矿过程中的难题,缩短了陶瓷过滤机的故障停机时间,具有很大的实用价值。Introduced ceramic filter working principle, working process, combined with ceramic filter in the filter processing with easy sedimentation, coarse particles, weak acid characteristics during high grade pyrite concentrate used, the common fault was analyzed, and corresponding measures were put forward, through process improvement, in the problem of dealing with high grade pyrite concentrate process in ceramic filter was solved, shortened the ceramic filter failure downtime and had great practical value.
