厦门市登革热疫情和蚊媒监测分析

摘　　要：目的了解2009-2014年厦门市登革热疫情和蚊媒监测动态,为进一步加强登革热防控工作提供科学依据。方法对厦门市2009-2014年网络直报系统登革热疫情数据及媒介监测数据进行统计和描述性分析。结果 2009-2014年厦门市共报告22例登革热病例,均为输入性病例,主要感染自东南亚国家;发病高峰在春秋季,思明区报告病例最多;发病病例以男性为主,性别比2.1：1,发病平均年龄为36.5岁（14~64）,以商业、旅游获得感染较多。媒介监测显示2009-2014年布雷图指数在5~55.5之间,年平均均高于20,6月份最高,10月份最低;房屋指数15.1。流行季节健康人群血清学监测未发现登革热病毒抗体阳性。结论近6年厦门的登革热病例仍属输入性,经过严格控制传染源,能够预防输入性疫情造成本地传播。Objective To investigate the epidemic trend of imported dengue fever and vector monitoring in Xiamen between 2009 and 2014,and provide a scientific evidence for the prevention and control of dengue. Methods The data of dengue incidence in Xiamen were collected from national disease reporting information system,and data of the vector surveillance were collected in the same period of time. Descriptive analysis was conducted. Results There were 22 reported dengue cases in Xiamen during 2009-2014. All the cases were imported ones. The most cases were infected in Southeast Asian. The peak seasons of dengue were in Spring and Autumn. Most cases occurred in Siming district. Most cases were males,which the male to female ratio of the cases was 2.1：1. Their average age was 36.5 years（14~64）. Most of cases were infected by commercial trip and tourism. The breteau index（BI） ranged from 5 to 55.5,with average value 20 between 2009 and 2014.The highest BI was in June,and the lowest was in October. The average house index（HI） was 15.1. Dengue fever antibody of healthy people was all negative during the epidemic season. Conclusions Dengue cases were all imported in Xiamen during 2009-2014. Infection source of dengue should be strictly controlled to prevent the local epidemic of dengue.
