摘　　要：目的分析2009-2014年深圳市福田区疑似预防接种异常反应(AEFI)的发生特征,评价疫苗安全性、预防接种服务质量和AEFI监测系统运转情况。方法通过中国"疑似预防接种异常反应信息管理系统"收集2009-2014年报告的个案数据,采用描述性流行病学方法进行分析。结果 2009-2014年福田区一共报告2036例个案,48h内调查率为100%。报告AEFI中男、女性别比1.30:1,<2岁报告最多占75.69%。AEFI报告数5月最多,2月最少。AEFI总报告发生率为41.46/10万,其中一般反应中以发热、红肿、硬结为主,预防接种异常反应以过敏性皮疹为主。AEFI主要集中在接种后≤1 d。治愈和好转的AEFI占99.95%,死亡1例,为偶合症。结论福田区AEFI监测系统运转正常,所使用疫苗安全,预防接种服务良好,AEFI主要发生在接种当天和<2岁的儿童。Objective The study is to analyze the occurrence and features of adverse events following immunization（AEFI） in Futian district of Shenzhen from 2009-2014,and evaluate the safety of vaccines,the quality of immunization services and the implementation of AEFI information management system. Methods The data were collected through the national AEFI information management system,which were reported from 2009-2014. The descriptive epidemiology was used in the study. Results 2 036 cases were collected from 2009 to 2014 in Futian district of Shenzhen,proportion of cases reported within 48 h was 100%. The ratio of male：female was 1.30：1. Cases of 2 year-old were accounted for 75.69%. Most of the AEFI cases was reported in May and the least in Feb. The total AEFI incidence rate was 41.46 per 100,000 doses. In all adverse reactions, the main symptoms of common adverse reactions were fever,local swelling and indurations;the rare adverse reactions was anaphylactic rash. AEFI cases were often occurred within 1 day after vaccination. Of all AEFI cases,99.95% were recovered or got better. Only one death was coincidental symptom. Conclusions The AEFI surveillance system of Futian district was operating normally. The safety of vaccines and immunization service were satisfactory. AEFI often occurred within 1 day,and in young children 2 year-old.
