摘 要:在炭纤维预制件中添加石墨烯,以天然气为碳源,氢气为稀释气,采用等温化学气相渗透技术制备炭/炭复合材料。采用金相显微镜和扫描电镜研究预制件和炭/炭复合材料的微观结构,采用万能试验机测试复合材料的弯曲强度。结果表明:石墨烯零散地附着在预制件的炭纤维表面,化学气相渗透增密时,添加0.1%墨烯的预制件增密速率提高10%以上,沉积75 h密度达到1.50 g/cm3左右,制得的炭/炭复合材料弯曲强度提高30%以上,这主要由于石墨烯的加入提高了增密速率,同时起到增强体的作用。Graphene was added into the carbon fiber preforms. With natural gas as carbon source and hydrogen as dilute gas, carbon / carbon composites were prepared by isothermal chemical vapor infiltration. The microstructures of carbon fiber preform and carbon / carbon composites were investigated by polarized-light microscope( PLM) and scanning electron microscope(SEM). The flexural properties of as-obtained carbon / carbon composites were tested by three-point bending method. Results showed that graphene scattered in the carbon fiber preform. By adding 0.1% of graphene, the chemical vapor infiltration rate increased by 10%. After densified for 75 hours, density of the obtained carbon / carbon composites was upto 1.50 g / cm3. The flexural strength of the carbon / carbon composites was increased by 30% with graphene addition.
