二甲双胍缓释片治疗奥氮平所致糖脂代谢紊乱的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察二甲双胍缓释片对奥氮平片治疗女性精神分裂症患者所致糖脂代谢紊乱的干预效果。方法:将确诊的90例精神分裂症患者随机分为干预组和对照组,每组各45例。干预组患者采用二甲双胍缓释片联合奥氮平治疗,对照组患者单纯采用奥氮平治疗,检测并比较两组患者体重指数(BMI),空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2h PG)、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)和低密度脂蛋白(LDL)。结果:对照组患者体重、FBG、2h PG、TC、TG、HDL和LDL水平在1个月、2个月、3个月、6个月时差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);而干预组患者上述时相点各指标变化程度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:二甲双胍缓释片对奥氮平治疗精神分裂症所致糖脂代谢紊乱患者具有干预作用。Objective: To observe effects of metformin hydrochloride sustained- release tablets in treatment of female schizophrenics with Olanzapine tablets intervention- induced metabolic syndrome. Methods: Ninety diagnosed schizophrenic patients were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 45 cases in each group. The intervention group was treated with metformin hydrochloride sustained- release tablets and Olanzapine,while observation group was given Olanzapine singly. The body mass index( BMI),FBG,2 h PG,TC,TG,HDL and LDL of the two groups were detected and compared. Results: In the body weight,FBG,2h PG,TC,TG,HDL and LDL levels,there were no statistical difference in control group among 1st,2nd,3rd,and 6th months( P > 0. 05); however,at the same time,the changes of intervention group were greater than those of control group,and the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusions: Metformin hydrochloride sustained- release tablets have an intervention effect on metabolic disorders caused by Olanzapine of the schizophrenics.
