摘　　要：目的:探讨ICU中精神病患者的躯体疾病类型及护理。方法:以ICU精神病合并躯体疾病的患者为对象,进行调查分析。结果:ICU中精神病患者所患躯体疾病以呼吸系统、神经系统、循环系统疾病为多,精神疾病以脑器质性精神障碍、精神分裂症、老年性精神病、抑郁症为多,根据患者的精神症状及疾病特点采取个性化护理。结论:ICU中精神病患者的精神和躯体疾病类型多样,需开展个性化护理。Objective: To investigate somatic disease types and their nursing for psychiatric patients in ICU. Methods: The psychiatric patients in the ICU accompanied by somatic diseases were used as the research subjects and investigated. Results: For the psychiatric patients in the ICU,the concurrent somatic diseases mainly occurred in the respiratory system,nervous system,and circulatory system,and concurrent mental illnesses were mainly brain organic mental disorders,schizophrenia,senile psychosis,and depression. A personalized nursing should be given according to the mental symptoms and disease features. Conclusions: The psychiatric patients in the ICU have various mental and somatic diseases,therefore,it is should develop the personalized nursing.
