摘  要:通过构建黑河正义峡断面下泄水量影响因子指标体系,基于主成分分析法和熵权法,分析了正义峡断面下泄水量主导影响因子。结果表明:17月的第一次闭口过程闭口天数为8 d以上,或者莺落峡洪峰流量超过140 m^3/s且与闭口时间相对应时,正义峡下泄效果较好;8—10月的第二次闭口过程闭口天数达到50 d或者莺落峡来水量为3亿m^3时,能够集中下泄的水量较多,下泄比例将提高到80%,最终分水效果也较好。27—10月莺落峡来水量对正义峡下泄水量的影响最大,其来水过程主导着正义峡下泄水量的变化。3正义峡下泄水量没有完成下泄指标的主要原因在于莺落峡来水过程控制、管理问题和分水方案本身,其中管理问题主要是指对闭口过程的控制与中游耕地面积的管理。By building the influence factor index system of released water of Zhengyixia section of the Heihe River,based on principal component analysis and entropy weight method,this study analyzed the dominant factors of released water of Zhengyixia section and made clear the influences of multi factor to the released water of Zhengyixia section. The results show that: a) when the closed days is more than 8days or the discharge of Yingluoxia section is more than 140 m3/ s and matches the closed process during the period of July to August,the water released effect of Zhengyixia section is good; when the closed time is 50 days or the inflow of Yingluoxia section reaches 0. 3 billion m3 during the period of August to October,the discharge ratio will reach to 80% and the final water diversion effect is good; b) the inflow of Yingluoxia section has great influence on Zhengyixia section's released water during the period of July to October,that is the inflow process dominates the change of Zhengyixia section 's released water; c) the main reasons why it can 't complete the discharge index of Zhengyixia section are Yingluoxia runoff process control,management means and the water diversion scheme itself. The management means mainly refer to the closed process control and area of cultivated land management of the middle reach.
