摘　　要：目的:分析探讨闭合性胰腺损伤的诊断和治疗方法。方法:对在2010年3月到2015年5月期间,来我院进行治疗的58个患有闭合性的胰腺损伤的病人,进行一些治疗方法的研究。结果 :在58个病人中,通过超声检查出的有13例,通过CT检查出的有23例,通过腹腔穿刺检查出的有22例,研究中所有患者均全部采用手术治疗,在做完手术之后,有4人出现胰漏,有2人腹腔内有出血现象,有1人腹腔受到感染。死亡的两个患者都是因为多个器官的功能衰竭。总结:在临床治疗中,通常使用B超,CT等影像学检查去诊断患有胰腺损伤的病人,根据患者损伤部位以及临床损伤程度的不同选择最佳的治疗方式和对症处理措施,能够进一步降低患者死亡率。Objective:Analysis the diagnosis and treatment of closed pancreas which is injuried. Method:Between March 2010 and May 2015,researching the method of treatment about closed pancreatic injuries,almost 58 patients,those who certainly come to our hospital for therapy.Result:In 58 patients,there are 13 cases by ultrasounds and 23 cases by CT examination,and through the abdominal puncture check out in 22 cases. All of that are treated by the surgery.But after the surgery,there are four patients in pancreatic leakage, two patients have cavity hemorrhage phenomenon inside the abdominal,only one was found cavity infection in abdominal.there have two patients died because of MODS. Summary: In the clinical treatments, these patients usually use Ultrasound, CT imaging examination and so on who diagnose with pancreas damage.In order to reduce the mortality of patients,we decide choose the best way of treatments and symptomatic treatments,which is depending on the injury and clinical damage degree of them.
