摘 要:以黄河上游龙羊峡、刘家峡、八盘峡、盐锅峡水电站以及兰州市为研究对象,结合黄河上游梯级水库的特点,通过多年调节水库——龙羊峡水库和年调节水库——刘家峡水库的联合调度,结合调洪原理以及调度图,采用模拟模型法,分别选取1964年和1967年为典型洪水年,对不同频率下的设计洪水进行了防洪联合调度演算,并模拟出不同频率洪水下龙、刘两库联合调度满意的蓄泄过程。结果表明:在确保龙羊峡、刘家峡水库自身安全的前提下,可以保证刘家峡下游八盘峡、盐锅峡水电站和兰州市的安全。The control operation of yearly regulating reservoir?Longyangxia and annual regulating reservoir?Liujiaxia was regarded as the regulation mode by taking in account of the characters of the Yellow River upstream cascaded reservoirs, and Longyangxia, Liujiaxia, Bapanxia, Yanguoxia and Lanzhou City were taken as the research object. Combining with flood principles and scheduling chart, flood regulation routing of two typical years under different frequencies by the simulation model were calculated. Also, the flood control operation process of Longyangxia and Liujiaxia was simulated under the different frequencies. The results show that the safety of Liujiaxia downstream Bapanxia, Yanguoxia hydropower stations and the Lanzhou City are guaranteed in the conditions of the security of Longyangxia and Liujiaxia.
