摘 要:滑脱效应存在条件及其对页岩渗透率影响程度研究对页岩气开发尤为重要。引入稠密气体理论,利用克努森渗透率修正因子理论研究了页岩的滑脱效应,并通过实验分别测试了同一围压不同渗透率和同一渗透率不同围压条件下滑脱因子的大小,分析了不同孔隙压力、不同渗透率条件下滑脱效应对表观渗透率的影响。结果表明:渗透率分别为(0.000 8、0.005 3、0.017 0)×10^(-3)μm^2的页岩在围压为10 MPa时滑脱因子分别为0.98、0.43、0.31 MPa;渗透率为0.002 5×10^(-3)μm^2的页岩在围压分别为10、15、25 MPa时滑脱因子分别为0.68、0.42、0.36 MPa;孔隙压力小于5 MPa时随孔隙压力减小滑脱效应显著增加,孔隙压力大于20 MPa时滑脱效应可以忽略,孔隙压力介于5 MPa和20 MPa之间随着孔隙压力增大滑脱因子近似线性缓慢降低;孔隙压力为10MPa的储层在渗透率小于0.1×10^(-3)μm^2时随渗透率减小滑脱因子显著增加,渗透率大于1.0×10^(-3)μm^2时滑脱效应对渗透率的贡献小于1%。The researches are important for the existing conditions of the slippage effect and their influenced degrees on the shale permeability. By introducing the theory of dense gas, and with the help of the correcting factor theory by Knudsen permeability, the slippage effect of the shale is studied, and moreover the numbers of the slip factor are respectively tested in the experiment in the conditions of the same confining pressure and different permeabilities and under the condition of the same permeability and different confining pressures. And furthermore the influences of the slippage effect on the apparent permeability are analyzed for different pore pressures and permeabilities. The results show that for the shales with the permeabilities of .. 000 8×10-3, 0. 005 3×10-3, 0. 0170 ×10-3μm2, the slip factors are separately 0. 98, 0.43 and 0.31 MPa when the confining pressure is 10 MPa; for the shale with the permeability of 0. 002 5×10-3μm2, the factors are 0. 68, 0. 42 and 0.36 MPa when the confining pressures are 10, 15, 25 MPa; when the pore pressure is less than 5 MPa, the slippage effect becomes obvious with the decrease of the pore pressure, for the condition that the pressure is larger than 20 MPa, the effect can be ignored; for the pres- sures between the above two values, with the rise of the pore pressure, the slip factors are gradually reduced in the near linear form; for the reservoirs with the pore pressure of 10 MPa, when the permeabilities are less than 0. 1×10-3μm2 , the slip factors are increased remarkably with the decrease of the permeabilities, in case of the permea- bilities are larger than 1. 0×10-3μm2, the contribution of the slippage effect on the permeability is less than 1%.
