摘 要:介绍了棉纤维超分子结构及含有的天然杂质类别,阐述了传统棉织物前处理工艺中化学试剂及高温环境对纤维的损伤和环境污染问题。依据生物酶的特性,分析了生物酶在棉织物退浆煮练工艺中的作用机理,简单列举了目前棉织物退浆精练过程中使用较广泛的酶制剂。介绍了过氧化氢酶、葡萄糖氧化酶、漆酶等在棉织物漂白过程中的研究情况。通过对现阶段实际生产中所使用的生物酶法对棉织物前处理的工艺和现状分析,指出了目前酶处理存在的问题。The supramolecular structure of cotton fiber and its natural impurities were introduced. The damage of chemical reagent and high temperature environment in the traditional process of cotton fabric to fiber and its pollution to the environ- ment were described. According to characteristics of biological enzymes, the mechanism of enzymes in the desiccating scouring process was analyzed, and the extensively used enzyme preparations in cotton pretreatment were introduced. The research status of cattail, glucose oxidase and lac case in the process of fabric bleaching was introduced. Based on the pre- sent stage of the actual production of enzymatic pretreatment, problems existing in enzyme processing were pointed out.
