摘  要:火电厂全面节能管理及其机组调峰,开始重视管道系统热效率对电厂煤耗的影响。依托国家能源局新颁的《火力发电厂能量平衡导则第3部分:热平衡》(DL/T606.3-2014)行业标准中关于火力发电厂管道热效率的测算方法,应用测量不确定度原理,研究管道热效率不确定度的评定方法,并以350MW火电机组DCS在线监测数据为例,用常规焓差法定量计算和定性分析了影响管道热效率不确定度的主要因素,对准确评价火力发电厂供电煤耗率及建立统一的火电机组管道热效率测试导则提供参考。For comprehensive energy saving management of coal - fired power plant and load regula- tion, the influence of pipe system thermal efficiency of the power plant coal consumption had attrac- ted the attention. In this paper, the measuring and calculation methods of power plant pipeline ther- mal efficiency has been used, based on “Guide for energy balance of thermal power plant part 3: thermal energy balance” (DL/T606.3 -2014) which was promulgated by the National Energy Ad- ministration. The principle of measurement uncertainty has been referenced. Uncertainty evaluation and analysis method of piping thermal efficiency is researched. Taking the 350MW power plant for example, the data of DCS is used for calculation and analysis to estimate the factors of the uncertain- ty of pipeline thermal efficiency by enthalpy difference method. This can provide the reference for ac- curate assessment of the supply coal consumption of power plant and the establishment of unified piping thermal efficiency test guideline of power plant.
