摘 要:以硝酸铋(Bi(NO3)3·5H2O)和偏钒酸铵(NH4VO3)为原料,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(CTMAB)为软模板剂,硝酸铜(Cu(NO3)2·3H2O)为Cu源,改性粉煤灰作为载体,通过水热合成法在不同pH值条件下制备负载型钒酸铋(Cu-BiVO4)复合光催化剂,并采用X-射线衍射(XRD)和扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对催化剂的晶相和表面形貌进行表征,以罗丹明B(RhB)作为目标降解物,研究了所制备的Cu-BiVO4复合光催化剂的可见光催化活性。结果表明:pH值为9的条件下所制备的Cu-BiVO4复合光催化剂为单斜相BiVO4复合材料,具有树枝形貌,其光催化活性最强;加入粉煤灰后,该复合光催化剂的分散性增加,光催化活性增强,对罗丹明B的去除率可达到91.6%。By using hydrothermal synthesis method, this paper prepares supported BiVO4 (Cu-BiVO4) composite photocatalysts under various pH values, using Bi(NO3 )3 · 5H2O and NH4 VO3 as the raw material and cetyltrime-thyl ammonium bromide (CTMAB) as the soft template,Cu(NO3)2 · 3H2O as the source of copper and modified fly ash as the carrier. The paper also characterizes the crystalline phase and surface morphology of prepared photo- catalysts by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and scanning electron micrographs (SEM). Then the paper evaluates the pho- tocatolytic properties of the prepared Cu-BiVO4 composite photocatalysts for degradation of rhodamine B (RhB) under visible-light irradiation. The results reveal that the synthesized BiVO4 composite photocatalyst is found to have the highest photocatalytic activity with the monoclinic structure and branch morphology when pH value is 9% with the addition of fly ash, the dispersion and the photocatalytic activity of the photocatalysts are increased to make the removal rate of RhB up to 91.6%.
