摘  要:为探索不同破坏程度下颗粒煤瓦斯扩散特性,制备不同粒径的煤样,达到人为模拟不同破坏程度颗粒煤的效果,并利用瓦斯吸附-扩散装置对不同破坏程度的煤样进行等温吸附-扩散试验。试验结果表明:颗粒煤瓦斯扩散率随着粒径的增大而减小,当粒径增大到一定值时,颗粒煤瓦斯扩散率随着粒径的增大而保持不变;同初始吸附平衡条件下,相同时间段的颗粒煤瓦斯扩散系数随粒径的增大而增大,而颗粒煤有效扩散系数则随粒径的增大而减小,当颗粒煤粒径增大到一定值时,颗粒煤瓦斯有效扩散系数基本保持不变。通过对颗粒煤瓦斯有效扩散系数与粒径的关系进行拟合,能很好地满足乘幂函数关系式De=a·rb0,通过该关系式可对不同破坏程度颗粒煤瓦斯有效扩散系数进行预测,对预防煤矿瓦斯灾害具有重要的现实意义。In order to explore the gas diffusion characteristics of particle coal at different damage degrees, this research firstly prepares coal samples of different particle size to simulate the effects of different dam- age degrees, then conducts the isothermal adsorption-diffusion experiments on the coal samples using gas adsorption/diffusion instruments. The experiment results show that the gas diffusion rate decreases with the increase of particle size,and when the particle size increases to a certain value,the gas diffusion rate re- mains unchanged with the increase of particle size; under the initial adsorption equilibrium condition, the gas diffusion coefficient in the same period increases with the increase of particle size, and the effective dif- fusion coefficient decreases with the increase of particle size. When the particle size increases to a certain value,the gas effective diffusion coefficients basically remain unchanged. The relationship between gas ef- fective diffusion coefficient and particle size well meets the function relation formula.De =a · r^b_0, which is of great significance in predicting gas effective diffusion coefficient of particle coal at different damage de-grees.
