摘　　要：目的 探讨护理干预对结核性胸膜炎患者治疗依从性和治疗效果的影响。方法 选取本院2013年2月~2014年8月收治的96例结核性胸膜炎患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,各48例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组实施综合护理干预,比较两组的治疗依从性和治疗效果。结果 实施护理干预后,观察组的治疗依从性和临床效果显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 对结核性胸膜炎患者实施综合护理干预,能显著提高治疗依从性和治疗效果,减少疾病的复发和耐药病例的发生,改善患者预后。Objective To explore the influence of nursing intervention on treatment complianee and therapeutic effect in patients with tuberculous pleurisy. Methods 96 patients with tuberculous pleurisy treated in our hospital February 2013 to August 2014 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 48 cases in each group.In the control group,conventional nursing was used,while in the observation group,comprehensive nursing intervention was adopted.The treatment compliance and therapeutic effect in two groups was compared. Results After nursing intervention,the treatment compliance and clinical efficacy in the observation group were higher than those in the control group with statistical differences （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can greatly im- prove treatment compliance and therapeutic effect in patients with tuberculous pleurisy,deerease the recurrence and drug resistance,and better patient＇s prognosis.
