摘　　要：党的十八大报告指出,发展中国特色社会主义需要不断丰富中国特色社会主义的实践特色、理论特色。理论特色是中国特色社会主义的思想灯塔,具有科学性、创新性和继承性;实践特色是中国特色社会主义的发展之基,具有探索性、务实性和人民性。中国特色社会主义的理论源于实践,并在指导实践中不断丰富和发展;中国特色社会主义的实践是理论创新的源头、理论发展的动力。实践的进取性和理论的发展性在中国特色社会主义的辩证运动过程中相辅相成,相互促进,相互发展。在实践中不断丰富和发展中国特色社会主义的理论特色和实践特色,是推动中国特色社会主义发展的内在要求。For developing socialism with Chinese characteristics, enriching the practical and theoretical features, and the national and epoch features of the socialism with Chinese characteristics is of urgent significance. This has been proposed in the 18th CPC National Congress. The theoretical characteristic, which is scientific, innovative and consistent, is the guidebook of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In practical term, socialism with Chinese characteristics is exploratory, pragmatic and is of affinities with the masses, which is the developmental foundation of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Theory derives from practice, and develops and gets enriched in the process of guiding practice. Practice is the source of the theoretical innovation, and drives the theory to develop. Secondly, the aggressiveness of practice and the expansibility of theory build upon each other in the dialectical development of socialism with Chinese characteristics. In conclusion, constant enrichment and development of the theoretical and practical features of socialism with Chinese characteristics are the inherent requirements for building and developing the socialism with Chinese characteristics.
