碱洗脱硫在塔河油田天然气凝液回收中的应用

摘　　要：塔河油田四号联合站在油气处理过程中产生的天然气凝液可以作为化工原料销售,但由于其硫化氢质量分数高达600×10^(-6),出厂前需要对其进行脱硫处理。凝液脱硫选取了碱洗脱硫工艺,硫化氢脱除率达98%以上,脱硫后凝液中硫化氢质量分数在10×10^(-6)以下,达到合格水平,从而保证了后续生产的含硫指标满足规范要求。Natural gas condensate produced in Tahe oilfield No.4 combine station by the oil and gas treatment process can be sold as chemical raw materials. However, its masscontent of H2S is 600 ×10^-6, which needs to carry on the desulphurization processing. The alkali wash ing and desulphurization technology was selected and the removal rate of H2S is over 98%, the masscontent of H2S in the natural gas condensate under 10 ×10^-6 after desulfurization, which reach the qualified level. The process ensure the sulfur content of＇the Follow up production meets the standard requirements.
