新型污水处理工艺在乌南联合站的应用

摘　　要：乌南联合站采用新型污水处理工艺有效地解决了一直困扰该油田污水水质不达标的难题。乌南联合站新建新型污水处理工艺不仅运行成本低而且污水处理效率高、效果好;新型污水处理工艺通过调整污水中某些化学成分以控制腐蚀、抑制结垢、杀死细菌,从而达到提高污水配伍性和注入性的目的,并且各项运行参数均达到污水处理水质标准。The new wastewater treatment technology of Wunan station is an innovation of oil field wastewater treatment, which has effectively solved the substandard oilfield wastewater treatment problem. The new wastewater treatment technology of Wunan station not only has an advantage of being cheap , but also has a high efficiency of sewage treatment as well as good effect. This new wastewater treatment process can control the certain corrosion, restrain scale and kill bacteria by adjusting the chemical composition of water, and than it can reach the goal of improving sewage compatibility and injection. Now the new wastewater treatment technology systems runs well and the operating parameters meet the water quality standards of the wastewater treatment.
