摘 要:地面集输管线的腐蚀穿孔是影响油气田安全生产的主要隐患之一。对西部某油田2013年度地面集输管线的腐蚀穿孔进行了统计和分析。注水管线的管材质量和结构、输送介质的腐蚀性、流体冲刷作用以及施工质量等是管线腐蚀穿孔的主要因素。为降低地面集输管线的腐蚀风险,提出"碳钢+缓蚀剂"防腐模式、使用非金属管线和管线定期检测的综合防治措施。从实用性和经济性考虑,缓蚀剂加注前一般要进行一次选型、分批次评价和定期清管预膜。非金属管线应重点关注选型和施工质量。Corrosion perforation of surface gathering and transportation pipelines is one of the main problems that affect the safety of oil and gas field. On this basis, three aspects of prevention and control measures were proposed, including the "section-filling corrosion inhibitor" anti-corrosion mode, use of non-metallic pipelines, and periodic detection mode.Non-metallic pipeline should Focus on type selection and construction quality.
