摘　　要：梳理长江航道"十三五"科技发展面临的形势与需求,制定长江航道"十三五"科技发展指导思想与原则,预测科技发展方向与任务,提出长江航道科技组织管理与重大科技研发项目建议,为长江航道"十三五"科技发展规划制定提供基础。This paper expounds the Changjiang waterway situation and development demands for the 13th Five Year Plan, establishes corresponding development guiding ideology and principles, forecasts corresponding developing direction and tasks, puts forward suggestions on the organization ＆ management and major scientific and technical projects, to provide a basis for making the sci-tech development plan of the Changjiang waterway during the ＂13th Five-Year Plan＂ period.
