摘　　要：针对连续隧道式微波干燥机的控制,介绍了以PLC为现场控制单元、以上位机为集中管理器的微波干燥集散控制系统。描述了该系统的体系结构、组成以及基本控制流程。通过该控制系统实现了微波干燥过程的自动有效控制,通过上位机实现了微波干燥过程的流程监控。A PC terminal control system for microwave drying furnaces, with in-situ PLC monitoring, is presented in the paper. The structure, constitution and basic control flow of the system is described. The microwave drying process is effectively controlled by the automated system, which allows flow monitoring of the drying process.
