摘  要:[目的]评价毒死蜱对花姬蛙胚胎的致畸效应。[方法]采用两栖动物胚胎致畸(FETAX)试验研究毒死蜱对花姬蛙胚胎的致畸效应。[结果]毒死蜱可引起花姬蛙胚胎脊索弯曲、皮肤色素减少、头部缩小等畸形现象。随着毒死蜱暴露剂量的增加,总畸形率和3种畸形百分比随之增加,呈现出浓度-效应关系。毒死蜱对花姬蛙胚胎96 h-LC_(50)为1.97 mg a.i./L,96 h-EC_(50)为1.00 mg a.i./L,致畸指数TI=1.97。[结论]毒死蜱对花姬蛙胚胎具有潜在致畸风险。[Aims] The teratogenic effects of chlorpyrifos on the embryos of Microhyla pulchra were evaluated. [Methods] FETAX assay was adopted to study the teratogenic effects of chlorpyrifos on the embryos of M, pulchra, [Results] The results showed that chlorpyrifos can induce malformations of embryos, including axial flexures, skin hypopigrnentation and cephalic dysplasia. The total malformation rate and the percentage of three kinds of abnormalities increased with the increase of exposure dose of chlorpyrifos, it presents a dose-effect relation. The LC50 (96 h) of chlorpyrifos to embryos of M. pulchra was 1.97 mg a.i./L, the EC50 (96 h) was 1.00 mg a.i./L, and the teratogenic index (TI) value was 1.97. [Conclusions] The chlorpyrifos has a potential teratogenic risk to the embryos of M. pulchra.
