摘 要:[目的]为建立同时测定蔬菜水果中氟虫腈、氟啶脲、二甲戊灵、虫螨腈、哒螨灵和苯醚甲环唑残留的气相色谱(GC-ECD)分析方法。[方法]样品用乙腈提取后,经氨基固相萃取小柱净化,GC-ECD检测,基质匹配外标法定量。[结果]6种供试农药在0.02~4.0 mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数(r^2)为0.9982以上,在0.08、0.16、0.80 mg/kg添加水平下平均回收率为72.3%~111.4%;相对标准偏差RSD为0.7%~12.4%。[结论]该方法准确、灵敏、简单、高效,适用于同时测定蔬菜水果中这6种农药的残留量。[Aims] An analytical method for simultaneous determination of fipronil, chlorfluazuron, pendimethalin, chlorfenapyr, pyridaben and difenoconazole residues in vegetable and fruits by using gas chromatography with electron capture detector (GC-ECD) was developed. [Methods] The residues in samples were extracted with acetonitrile, and cleaned-up on NH2-SPE column. The results were quantifed by matrix matched external standard method. [Results] The results showed that good linearity was obtained when the concentration was ranged from 0.02 to 4.0 mg/L, and correlation coefficients were above 0.9982. When the fortified levels were 0.08, 0.16 and 0.80 mg/kg, the average recoveries were ranged from 72.3 to 111.4%, and the relative standard deviations (RSD) were ranged from 0.7 to 12.4%, respectively. [Conclusions] The method has the advantage of high accuracy and sensitivity, rapid and effective, which is suitable for simultaneous determination of fipronil ect. six pesticide residues in vegetable and fruits.
