摘 要:采用原子吸收分光光度法研究龟裂链霉菌GQ-17(Streptomyces rimosus GQ-17)菌体对重金属Pb^(2+)的吸附能力,并优化最佳吸附条件,初步探讨了Pb^(2+)对抑菌活性的影响。结果表明,菌株GQ-17在48℃、pH为10.0、初始Pb^(2+)质量浓度为7 000 mg·L-1的条件下处理60 min对Pb^(2+)吸附量最大。此外,在GQ-17发酵初期加入Pb^(2+)质量浓度为700 mg·L^(-1)时发酵液对黄瓜枯萎病菌的抑制活性有所增大。GQ-17的菌体具有重金属离子吸附潜力,并且少量Pb^(2+)的存在能刺激抑菌活性物质的产生。这为研发新型生物吸附剂和提高活性物质产量提供了新资源。The adsorption capacity of Streptomyces rimosus GQ- 17 to lead ion Pb-(2+) was studied and the optimum adsorbing parameters were screened by atomic absorption spectrophotometry,and the effect of antimicrobial activity with lead ions was determined by Oxford cup method in this paper. The results showed the strain GQ- 17 has the highest adsorption capacity when initial p H was 10. 0,ion concentration was 7000 mg·L-(-1),optimum temperature was 48 ℃,adsorption time was 60 min. Meanwhile,it's inhibitory activities on Fusarium oxysporium was improved with ion concentration 700 mg · L-(-1). GQ- 17 mycellium had adsorption potential to heavy metal ions and a small amount of Pb-(2+) stimulated the production of antimicrobial active substances. These findings provided a new way for development of new biosorbent and enhancement of the active substances.
