公共图书馆市民文化社团建设的探索与实践——以杭州图书馆为例

摘　　要：发展市民文化社团,依托文化社团开展服务,是公共图书馆在新环境下对自身服务的丰富和发展。杭州图书馆近年来不断推进市民文化社团建设,在社团组建模式、管理结构、经费来源、活动设计等方面进行了积极探索,相继建成一批市民参与广泛的文化社团。其服务效益显著,但在经费保障、社员专业能力培养、社团品牌化经营等方面还应有所加强。Developing cultural associations for citizens and providing services via these associations are all enrichment and development of the current services for public libraries under the new environment. This article introduces a series of practices in building cultural associations for citizens by Hangzhou Public Library in recent years, and concludes the experience of building cultural associations for citizens by Hangzhou Public Library from the perspective of organizing mode, management style, financial resources, activities design, and so on. Thus, it is necessary for Hangzhou Public Library to reinforce fund guarantee, cultivation of librarians＇ professional abilities, and brand management in building cultural associations for citizens. The related experience shall be very helpful for other libraries to conduct similar services. 7 refs.
