摘  要:基于褐煤、烟煤、无烟煤用作水煤浆加压气化原料的煤质分析,主要分析和阐述了煤的基础分析、制浆性能以及煤的灰渣特性对水煤浆加压气化炉操作性能的影响。分析研究表明,为提高气化炉的冷煤气效率、降低其比氧耗和比煤耗及提高气化炉的运行经济性能以推进水煤加压气化炉的智能化和精细化操作水平,应加强对原料煤的煤质分析和监督管理工作。Based on coal quality analysis of when the lignite, bituminous coal and anthracite were used for raw materials of coal water mixture pressurized gasification, how the basic analysis of coal, the pulping performance and ash characteristics affected the operation performance of coal water mixture pressurized gasifier was analyzed and demonstrated. The analysis research showed that in order to improve the cold coal gas efficiency of gasifier, reduce the ratio of oxygen consumption and ratio of coal consumption and improve the operation economic performance of gasifier, which could intelligentialize and refine the operation level of coal water mixture pressurized gasifier, the coal quality analysis of raw coal and monitoring and management work should be enhanced.
