丹皮酚心血管活性的研究进展

摘　　要：丹皮酚是毛茛科植物牡丹根皮和萝摩科植物徐长卿全草的主要活性成分。近年来其心血管活性作用受到广泛关注,但尚未应用于临床。本文综述了丹皮酚的心血管活性作用。结果表明,丹皮酚具有显著的抗高血压、改善血液流变性、抗动脉粥样硬化、保护缺血组织、抗缺血再灌注性损伤、抗心律失常等多方面的心血管活性作用。因此,丹皮酚的心血管活性作用应引起足够的重视,宜加强其基础理论、实验及增加临床适应症等研究,尽早将其应用于临床。Paeonol is the main active component of the root bark of Ranunculaceae peony and the whole herb of Asclepiadaceae Xuchangqing（Paniculate swallowwort root）. In recent years, its cardiovascular activity has drawn extensive attention. However, paeonol is still at the experimental state. This review summarizes the markedly cardiovascular effects of paeonol, which covers anti-hypertension, improving blood rheology, anti-atherosclerosis,protecting ischemic tissue,anti-ischemia-reperfusion injury and anti-arrhythmias. It is suggested that we should pay more attention to the cardiovascular activity of paeonol, and strengthen its theoretical, experimental and clinical research,so as to use it in clinic earlier.
