摘 要:目的:探讨芜湖市三甲医院护士工作压力源与抑郁状况及关系,为管理者制定改善护士心理健康方案提供理论依据。方法:采用护士工作压力源调查表及抑郁自评量表(self-rating depression scale,SDS)对芜湖市2所三甲医院178名护士进行问卷调查。结果:芜湖市三甲医院护士SDS评分为(49.78±10.68)分,与正常人群比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中88人(49.7%)有不同程度抑郁情绪(SDS≥50分);工作压力源中经常倒班、工作量太大等是护士工作主要压力源,其中护士工作未被病人及家属承认、工作量太大等是导致护士产生抑郁情绪的主要相关因素。结论:芜湖市三甲医院护士心理健康水平偏低,管理者应有意识地减轻护士工作压力,维护其心理健康。Objective:To explore work stressors and depression status of nurses in 3A hospitals in Wuhu and their relationship, thus providing theoretical basis for the psychological management and improvement of nurses.Methods:The questionnaires of working stressors and self-rating de-pression scale (SDS) were performed among 178 nurses in two 3A hospitals in WuHu.Results:The SDS scores (49.78±10.68) of nurses were statistically different from those in general population ( P〈0.01) including 88 nurses (49.7%) with different degrees of depression(SDS≥50). The working stressors analysis revealed that irregular working time and overloaded work were their main depression sources while non -recognition from patients and families and overloaded work were main relevant factors to develop depressive emotion .Conclusion:The whole level of mental health of nurses in 3A hospitals in Wuhu is low and attention should be attached to their mental health by consciously reducing their working pres-sure.
