英美高校“以学生为主体”心理健康教育的理念及其实践

摘　　要：英美高校心理健康教育的核心目标是提高学生的心理健康教育能力、促进学生的心理发展,凸显"以学生为主体"的心理健康教育理念。"以学生为主体"的高校心理健康教育深入挖掘学生自身潜力、充分发挥学生主体作用、强调学生积极心理潜能开发、注重培养学生长远发展的心理技能,并在付诸实践过程中通过校园生活渗透、学生自我保健教育、朋辈心理互助等形式,有效推动英美高校心理健康教育工作的开展。借鉴和学习英美高校"以学生为主体"心理健康教育的理念和实践模式,可以为我国高校心理健康教育的开展提供有益经验。British and American colleges＇ mental health education aims at the development of mental educational ability of students, in order to construct the idea of student-centered mental health education. As a new model, the student-centered mental health education model has unique advantages of excavating student own potential, activating the role of student main body, and mutual help between the students, in order to improve the validity of British and American colleges＇ student mental health educational work. All these practical experiences offer us some references and enlightenments to construct student-centered mental health education model in China.
