摘　　要：目的探讨抗抑郁剂对老年抑郁症患者血钠的影响。方法对1106例老年抑郁症患者应用黛力新、西酞普兰、帕罗西汀、舍曲林治疗前后血钠水平的变化及其影响因素进行回顾性分析。结果本组老年抑郁症患者在服用抗抑郁剂治疗后，16．5％出现血钠水平下降，7．4％发生低钠血症；较低基线血钠浓度、合用利尿剂、合并呼吸道感染、临床诊断类别较多（〉5个）、女性、高龄是发生低钠血症的重要危险因素。结论老年抑郁症患者服用抗抑郁剂治疗后应注意血清钠水平的监测，预防发生低钠血症。Objective To explore the influences of antidepressants on hyponatre-mia in senile patients. Methods Pre- and post-treatment blood sodtum cnanges and influencing factors were retrospectively analyzed in 1,106 senile patients on deanxit, citalopram, paroxetine and sertraline. Results Blood sodium level lowered in 16.5% of senile patients on antidepressants and hyponatremia oc- curred in 7. 4%; lower baseline blood sodium levels, combined with diuretics, complicated respiratory tract infections, more clinical diagnoses （〉5）, female and advanced age were important risk factors devel- oping hyponatremia. Conclusion Serum sodium should be monitored in senile patients on antidepressants to prevent the development of hyponatremia.
