摘 要:目的探讨PDCA自我管理教育模式对稳定期慢性阻塞性肺病患者肺功能康复的影响。方法将204例稳定期慢性阻塞性肺病患者采用随机数字表法分为两组,各102例,研究组采用PDCA自我管理教育模式宣教,对照组采用常规健康教育模式宣教,观察6个月。分别于干预前及干预6个月末采用6min行走试验、Borg呼吸困难评分、圣乔治呼吸问卷及第1s用力呼气容积占预计值百分比评定患者的肺功能康复效果。结果干预后研究组疾病复发率显著低于对照组(P〈0.01),健康教育情况显著优于对照组(P〈O.01);研究组肺功能康复效果各项评分与干预前比较差异均有显著性(P〈0.05或0.01),两组各项评分比较差异均有显著性(P〈0.01)。结论采用PDCA自我管理教育模式对患者进行健康教育,可显著改善患者肺功能康复效果,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the influence of PDCA self-management education mode on lung function rehabilitation of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods A total of 204 stable COPD patients were assigned to two groups of 102 ones each according to random number table, re- search group received PDCA self-management education, and control group did routine health education for 6 months. Before intervention and at the end of 6 month intervention lung function rehabilitation out- comes were assessed using Six-minute Walking Test (6MWT), Borg Dyspnea Score (BDS), St George's Respiratory Questionnaire (SGRQ) and forced expiratory volume in 1 second (FEV1). Results After in- tervention relapse rate was significantly lower (P〈0.01) and health education better (P 〈0.01) in re- search than in control group; there were significant differences in all scores of lung function rehabilitation results compared with pre-intervention in research (P 〈0. 05 or 0.01) and between two groups (P 〈0.01). Conclusion Health education of PDCA self-management education mode could notably improve lung function rehabilitation results of COPD patients and boost their quality of life.
