摘　　要：当前,恐怖袭击事件频发,反恐怖形势的日趋严峻对公安边防部队提出更高要求。反恐怖袭击战术演练作为生成和提高边防部队反恐战斗力的重要方式之一,其设计的要素、方法、程序对有效提高反恐演练的针对性具有重要意义。Anti -terrorist attack tactic training has been one of major means to enhance the fighting - capacity of border control forces, and the design of elements, methods, the process for anti - terrorist attack tactic training is of significance to help crack down terrorism activities.
