摘　　要：电力通信网不但是电网实现信息化、自动化的基础,而且是电网企业生产和经营管理的一个重要技术支撑,电网通信管理系统是电力通信网必不可少的一部分。文章介绍了电网通信管理系统的设计与实现,采用基于服务的架构,使用Java技术、HTML、Java Script等技术实现了该系统,并最终实现了基础平台、实时监视、资源管理等功能。该系统运行安全、稳定,有效提升了国家电网公司通信管理的统一化、标准化和智能化水平。Electric power communication network is the basis of power information and automation, and also is an important technical support for the production and management of power grid enterprises. Power network communication management system is an essential component of it. This paper designs and implements a communication management system using SOA architecture, Java technology, HTML, Java Script and other technologies, including the basic platform, real-time monitoring, resource management and other functional modules. The system operates safely and stably, and its application effectively improves the communication management level of SGCC.
