渤海蓬莱油田防砂历程及机理研究

摘　　要：蓬莱油田是中国海域目前发现的最大一个油田,属于疏松砂岩,原油较稠,是渤海油田最具代表性的油田之一。文章以蓬莱油田为例,统计分析该油田自投产至今采用过的各种防砂方式的效果,分析防砂失效率和失效机理。膨胀筛管的结构强度较弱,在下入或是膨胀过程中容易产生破坏,不适合应用在类似于蓬莱油田这种埋深浅、地层出砂严重的油田;裸眼+优质筛管独立防砂这种完井方式不适合应用在类似于蓬莱油田这种地层砂不均质性强和泥质含量较高的油田;压裂充填防砂应用在中高孔渗储层时,可以解除近井地带的污染,减小表皮因子,达到增加油气井产量的目的,同时提高泵入砂量,提高充填系数,从而达到增强防砂效果,延长油井寿命的目的;鉴于压裂充填防砂在蓬莱油田的成功应用,压裂充填防砂可以大规模应用于疏松砂岩稠油油藏开发,值得在渤海其它类似油田推广应用。Penglai Oilfield is one of the largest oilfields currently found in China's offshore areas. It is one of the most representative oilfield characterized by unconsolidated sandstone and viscous crude oil in Bohai oilfield. This paper takes Penglai oilfield as the example,statistically analyzes various ways' sand control effect,failure rates and failure mechanisms since it 's commissioning which adopted. The structural strength of expandable screens is weak,and it is easy to be damaged on the process of running and expansion. It is not suitable for application in such a shallow depth and serious sand production oilfield similar to Penglai Oilfield. This completion operation of open hole & premium screen independent sand control is not suitable for using in high heterogeneity formation sand and high clay content oilfield similar to Penglai Oilfield. Frac- pack applied in high porosity and permeability reservoir,can remove pollution near wellbore,minus small skin factor and increases production of oil&gas wells. Meanwhile,this application can increase the amount of sand pumped and improve fill factor,so as to enhance the effect of sand control and prolong well life. In view the successful application of frac- pack in Penglai oilfield,frac- pack can be widely applied in unconsolidated sandstone and heavy oil reservoir development. It is worthy of being popularized for application in other similar Bohai oilfields.
