摘 要:结合塔河油田抽油机井地面能耗的生产现状,以提高采收率降低能耗为目标,基于抽油机井地面能耗模型的建立与影响因素分析,运用节点分析方法,阐述了影响地面能耗的主导因素以及优化改进途径措施。通过抽油机选型、合理电机匹配、加强抽油机运行管理等治理措施,应用节能变频控制、高效电机、高效掺稀注入泵等设备,同时优化生产动态参数,有效降低塔河油田超深、超稠油井抽汲系统地面能耗。According to the current ground energy consumption situation of the pumping wells in Tahe oilfield,taking improving recovery efficiency and reducing energy consumption as the goal,based on the ground energy consumption model establishment and influence factors analysis of the rod pumped well,by using the node analysis method,this paper details the dominant factors affecting the ground energy consumption and the optimization measures for improvement. With such measures as pumping unit type selection,reasonable matching and pumping unit running management,by using such equipments as energy saving frequency conversion control,high efficiency motor and high efficiency mixing rare injection pump,and optimizing production dynamic parameters at the same time,the swabbing system ground energy consumption has been effectively reduced in the ultra deep super heavy oil well in Tahe oilfield.
