摘 要:目前应用于现场的销钉式热力补偿器容易在管柱下入过程中提前开启而失去补偿作用,锁块式热力补偿器需要后期下入专用工具打开锁块,施工复杂。针对以上问题,研发了一种新型热熔式套管热力补偿器,该热力补偿器采用一种功能性复合材料通过温度控制热力补偿器的开启,常温下补偿器处于锁定状态,温度达到设定值时补偿器才会开启。室内试验表明,该热力补偿器可满足下入过程中的强度要求和注汽作业过程中的补偿要求。现场应用表明,采用该新型热力补偿器可有效保护稠油热采水平井的完井管柱,延长油井寿命。Currently pin- type thermal compensator is easily opened in the process of casing running into the well and loses compensation function in the field. Lock- block thermal compensator needs to open the lock block in the late by using specialized tools and it results in complex construction. Considering such problems,a new type of thermal- melting casing thermal compensator is developed and this compensator uses a type of functional composite materials to control its states according to temperature value. The compensator is in the state of dead lock in normal temperature and it is in the open state when the temperature value reaches the set value. Laboratory test results indicate that this type of compensator can meet the strength demands in the process of casing running into the well and compensation demands in the process of steam injection. In- situ applications show that this new type of compensator can effectively protect casing in thermal production horizontal wells and extend the life of the wells.
