摘　　要：文化与科技融合是当代文化发展的重要举措。高校文化产业管理专业的专业建设与人才培养,要紧密结合当前文化产业发展的现实环境,强化科技创新观念,运用科技创新思维,打造文化科技创新教学团队,积极推进政、企、学、研交流与合作,促进文化与科技融合的实践教学,努力构建科学合理的文化产业管理专业建设模式,培养出适应文化产业发展的复合型人才。It is an important measure of contemporary cultural development to integrate the culture and technology . The talent development of cultural industry management in the university, which should be closely combined with the reality of the current cultural industry development environment, to strengthen the concept and thought of scientific and technological innovation, to found teaching team with culture and technology, and to promote the practice of teaching culture and technology integration through cooperation with the government,enterprises and academy. The aimed is to build a mode of talent development with scientific and rational management and to train personnel for adapting to the development of cultural industries.
