摘　　要：高校宣传思想工作绩效评价体系建构是解决当前高校宣传思想工作实效性差的重要发展路径。基于评价标准的价值导向、评价内容模糊性和评价范围不确定性的事实特征、评价方法的操作性等三个逻辑维度考量,探索确立高校宣传思想工作绩效评价体系的组织系统、指标系统和文件系统。The construction of the performance evaluation system for propaganda ideological work in institutions of higher education is an essential approach to solve the current low effectiveness of propaganda ideological work in higher education campus. This paper takes three logical dimensions into considerations, including the value orientation based on evaluation standard, the fact characterized by the vagueness of the content of assessment and by the uncertainty of the range of assessment, and the feasibility of the evaluation methods, to explore the organization system, the index system and the file system for the establish- ment of the performance evaluation system for propaganda ideological work in institutions of higher education.
