摘　　要：以人机工程学为基础,对步进式投影光刻机外观进行分析思考。从产品使用者的角度出发,综合运用人机工程学、工效学、设计心理学等方面知识,并结合光刻机具体的使用方法和工作环境,设计出更人性化、更具亲和力且融合功能性、实用性、量产性和形式美于一体的产品,提出了光刻机外观设计的的基本架构。通过产品外观设计,使得操作者对其信任感得到提升,保持愉悦的工作情绪,并且提升企业的品牌形象。Based on ergonomics, the appearance of the stepper projection lithography is analyzed.It identifies itself from the point of view of users, provides a design which is more humanized and approachable, which incorporates functionality, Utility, Height Productivity and aesthetic appearance, this paper proposes a new way of the appearance design, redefines the form of the stepper, while applying the comprehensive application of ergonomics, Design Psychology and other knowledge, strike out a design that is steady in performance and beautiful in form. Though the appearance design, the Dependability and User Experience will be improved, corporate images will be enhanced.
