摘  要:以澳大利亚Galilee盆地Toolebuc页岩为例,在对现有文献调研的基础上,结合有机岩石学实验,讨论了厌氧还原环境和高藻类体含量对镜质体反射率的影响,介绍了反射率与荧光强度结合法、氢指数-镜质体反射率图版法和多显微组分荧光变化法镜质体反射率校正的原理,并对Toolebuc页岩镜质体反射率进行了校正。研究认为:1Toolebuc页岩受厌氧还原环境、高藻类体含量因素影响,发生镜质体反射率抑制现象;2反射率与荧光强度交会法和多显微组分荧光变化法是最准确的镜质体反射率校正方法,能够满足成熟或高熟页岩常规镜质体反射率测定的需要,但技术要求和成本高;3岩石热解法技术成熟,且实验成本低,可以作为低熟页岩成熟度标定的主要方法。Taking Toolebuc shale of Galilee Basin in Australia as an example, the effects of anaerobic reduction environment and highsapropelinite content on vitrinite reflectance Ro are discussed based on literature investigation and organic petrology experiment data.The principles of correcting Ro by VIRF ( Vitrinite-Inertinite Reflectance and Fluorescence), HI-Ro ( Hydrogen Index-Vitrinite Reflec-tance plate)and FAMM (Fluorescence Alteration of Multiple Maceral)are introduced and these methods are applied to the correction ofToolebuc shale Ro. The research results show that : (1) anaerobic reduction environment and high sapropelinite content lead to the inhibi-tion of the Ro of Toolebuc shale ;(2)VRIF and FAMM are the most accurate Ro correction methods ,they can meet the needs of the con-ventional Ro measurement of mature or high-maturity shale,but their technical requirement and cost are high ;(3) rock pyrolysis methodis a mature technology and is of low experiment cost,it can be used as a main method for the Ro calibration of low maturity shale.
