摘 要:以峰值电流型DC-DC Boost变换器为模型,针对无斜坡补偿时变换器出现的次谐波振荡不稳定现象以及固定斜坡补偿降低了参考电流和输入功率等问题,提出优化补偿策略。对无斜坡补偿、固定斜坡补偿、优化斜坡补偿进行分析,分别推导出其参考电流和电感电流平均值的表达式。通过仿真和对比实验验证了理论分析的正确性及所提出优化补偿策略的有效性。The peak current mode controlled DC-DC Boost converter without slope compensation will produce the instability phenome-non of the second harmonic oscillation, and the peak current mode controlled DC-DC Boost converter with fixed slope compensation willreduce reference current and input power. For solving these problems, a slope compensation optimization strategy is put forward. Thepeak current mode controlled DC-DC Boost converter without slope compensation, with fLxed slope compensation and with optimizedslope compensation is analyzed separately, and their average reference current and inductive current expressions are derived. The cor-rectness of the theoretical analysis and the effectiveness of the slope compensation optimization strategy in this paper are verified throughthe simulation and the contrast experiments.
