摘  要:目的 :建立基于脉搏波特征参数的血压测量模型,并对模型参数进行辨识。方法 :采集家兔颈动脉脉搏波与对应的血压数据,提取脉搏波的特征值,建立相应的自回归(auto-regressive,AR)模型。利用最小二乘法的原理,通过MATLAB系统辨识工具箱对模型参数进行辨识,得到脉搏波与收缩压、舒张压、平均动脉压之间的关系。结果 :所建模型的脉搏波特征参数与收缩压、舒张压及平均动脉压具有良好的对应关系,其拟合度均大于95%。结论:根据所建的脉搏波与血压间关系模型可由脉搏波推算出血压值,有助于实现对血压的实时监测。Objective To establish a blood pressure measurement model based on pulse wave parameters, and to identify the model parameters. MethodsThe data on pulse wave and blood pressure in rabbit carotid pulse wave were acquired, and the characteristic values of the pulse wave were extracted to construct corresponding AR model Least square method and Madab system identification toolbox were used to recognize the model parameters, so that the relationships between pulse wave as well as systolic, diastolic and mean arterial pressures could be determined. Results Testing results proved that there were corresponding relations between pulse wave parameters as well as systolic, diastolic and mean arterial pressures, with the fitting degrees more than 95%. Conclosion The value of blood pressure can be calculated based on pulse wave with the relationship model for pulse wave and blood pressure, and real-time monitoring of blood pressure may find references from the research above.
