摘  要:目的:探讨XHDR30后装治疗机控制系统的设计思路和实现方法。方法:控制系统以计算机+可编程逻辑控制器(programmable logic controller,PLC)为核心,将来自各个传感器的检测信号,通过PLC进行采集、分析、储存,并通过串口与上位机——计算机完成通信,将需要的数据从PLC内读取出来,或由计划系统将计算机的指令、数据传给PLC,控制整个系统有目的地运行。结果:成功研制开发了XHDR30后装治疗机控制系统,提出了串口通信的新理念,提高了设备的稳定性,降低了系统的维护成本。结论:该控制系统可实时采集和显示数据,抗干扰能力强,开发周期短,维护方便,运行安全可靠。Objective To discuss the design and realization of the control system of XHDR30 afterloader. Methods The control system adopted the computer and programmable logic controller (PLC) as the core units. PLC implemented the acquisition, analysis and storage of the signals from the sensors. The communication with the master computer was realized by the serial port to read out the data from PLC, and the instructions and data of the computer were sent to PLC to operate the afterloader. Results The control system of XHDR30 afterloader was developed, and a new idea of serial port communication was proposed to increase the stability of the afterloader while decrease its maintenance cost. Conclosion The control system has high anti-interference ability, short development time, easy maintenance, high safety and reliability, and can be used for the real-time data acquisition and display.
