摘　　要：目的 :探讨灰色关联分析在医院物资供应商选择与评价中的可行性。方法 :建立物资供应商选择与评价体系,遴选出3个维度6项子指标进行评价;利用灰色关联分析构建各供应商的指标数据列、最优及最劣数据列、评价函数;最后实例演算加以验证。结果:利用灰色关联分析对6家医院物资供应商进行回顾性评价,得到优劣排序。结论:将灰色关联分析用于医院物资供应商选择与评价是可行的,且运算简单、结果可信。Objective To investigate the feasibility of grey relational analysis method in hospital material supplier selection and evaluation. Methods A hospital material supplier selection and evaluation system was established with three dimensions and indexes. Grey relational analysis method was used to construct the index array, the optimum and worst arrays as well as the evaluation function. Some examples were taken for verification. Results Six suppliers were evaluated retrospectively, and then sorted by merit. Conclosion Grey relational analysis method is feasible, simple and reliable for the selection and evaluation of hospital material supplier.
