摘　　要：目的 :设计一种市级新型农村合作医疗平台,实现全市参合农民实时结报及管理者对新农合业务的监管。方法:通过建立全市卫生信息专网,采用3层客户端/服务器(Client/Server,C/S)结构及Ajax客户端开发技术设计农村合作医疗平台。结果:实现了参合农民出院当天实时结报,管理者使用平台系统进行各种报表分析统计,提高了业务管理水平。结论:该平台的建立,节约了经济和人力成本,方便了参合农民报销,提高了全市新型农村合作医疗数字化程度和工作服务水平。Objective To design a municipal new rural cooperative medical platform to realize real-time reimbursement supervision. Methods The platform was developed with the municipal medical information network, three-layer C/S architecture and Ajax client development technology. Results The platform made the reimbursement completed in the day of discharge and facilitated the report analysis by the administrator.Conclosion The platform reduces the economic and manpower cost, and enhances municipal new rural cooperative medical service.
