DR双能量减影图像对少量气胸的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的 ：探讨DR双能量减影（dual-energy subtraction,DES）图像在少量气胸的诊断价值。方法 ：87例气胸患者行胸部DR双能量X线检查。对DES软组织图像和标准图像的气胸检出率进行比较。气胸分级分为1~4度,其中1度为少量气胸。结果：DES软组织图像显示气胸87例,1~4度气胸的例数分别为33、28、19和7。标准图像显示气胸73例,其中1~4度气胸的例数分别为14、28、19和7。对于1度气胸,DES软组织图像的检出率为100.0%,标准图像的检出率为42.4%。与标准图像相比,DES软组织图像对少量气胸的检出率有明显增加（Z=-4.359,P=0.000）。结论：DR的DES图像能显著提高少量气胸的检出率,具有很好的应用价值。ObjectiveTo explore the diagnostic value of dual-energy subtraction （DES） images for slight pneumothorax. Methods Totally 87 patients with pneumothorax underwent thorax DR dual-energy subtraction （DES）, and the pneumothro- tax detection rates by DES soft tissue image and routine image were compared. Pneumothorax fell into 4 grades, and slight pneumothorax was classified in grade 1. Results DES soft tissue image found 87 cases of pneumothorax, and the numbers of grade 1, 2, 3 and 4 were 33, 28, 19 and 7 respectively. Routine image showed 73 cases of pneumothorax, and the numbers of grade 1, 2, 3 and 4 were 14, 28, 19 and 7 respectively. DES soft tissue image had the detection rate for slight pneumoth- orax as 100.0%, and routine image had the rate as 42.4%. There was significant difference between the detection rates for slight pneumothorax by DES soft tissue image and routine image （Z=-4.359, P=-0.000）.Conclosion DR DES image can en- hance the detection rate of slight pneumothorax, and has high application values.
