摘 要:目的 :评估将重力输液器用作泵用输液器的可行性。方法 :参照现行的医用注射泵和输液泵校准规范,利用输液设备分析仪开展用量较大的4款输液泵调校前后的检测,并进行统计学分析。结果:直接将重力输液器用作输液泵耗材,输液流速偏差较大,而根据所用的重力输液器对输液泵进行调校后,偏差变小。结论:重力输液器用作泵用输液器会增加输液风险,须通过必要的质量检测手段,筛选比较后方可应用。Objective To evaluate the feasibility to integrate the gravity infusion set into the infusion pump. Methods Four commonly-used infusion pumps were detected by the infusion apparatus analyzer with references to the current specifications for medical infusion set and infusion pump calibration, and then went through statistical analysis, Results Flow velocity deviation might be high when the gravity infusion set used as the consumable of the infusion pump, and went low after calibrating the infusion set.Conclosion Risks may occur when integrating the gravity infusion set into the infusion pump directly, and some quality detection measures have to be involved in to decrease the risks.
