摘  要:目的 :对医疗方舱保温密封结构进行优化设计,提高医疗方舱保温隔热性能。方法 :根据一代、二代方舱医院系统的技术特点和使用情况,按照方舱医院系统战技指标和使用要求,在舱体结构上采取断桥铝型材结构设计,提高其保温性能;在扩展短板四角处等部位进行改进,提高密封性。结果:通过系统优化设计,能够使舱体在空间结构上实现整体封闭式密封,保证了舱体在扩展状态时建立正压、负压及气密封性能的要求。通过系统联试及实际的操作演练,其性能指标均满足指标要求。结论:医疗方舱的保温密封性能得到了改进和提高,提高了方舱医院系统救治能力,为未来的方舱医院系统设计提供参考。Objective To carry out optimum design for the airtightness and insulation of the medical shelter.Methods Aluminum profile was involved in the shelter skeleton to improve the insulation of the shelter hospital system with the considerations on the experience on the first- and second- generations of shelter hospital systems as well as the tactical and technical indexes and requirements. Improvements also were performed on the comers of the expanding board to enhance the airtightness. Results Overall airtightness was realized, and positive- and negative- pressure as well as airtightness were implemented for the shelter. Practical trials proved that the performances and indexes could all meet the desired requirements. Conclosion The airtightness and insulation of the medical shelter are both enhanced greatly, and references are provided for the design of futural shelter hospital system.
