摘　　要：针对武警方舱医院在抢险救灾期间的装备管理现状与问题,提出了建立应急管理组织、改进优化管理模式,合理编配人员、规范应急展开流程,注重附件配件管理、改造搬运存储装备,改进工作环境、建立应急抢修机制的管理方法。对比分析了采取装备应急管理方法在有效维护装备性能、缩短展开部署时间方面的作用,对军队方舱医院以及机动卫勤力量遂行任务期间装备管理有指导意义。Some suggestions were proposed to improve the management of PAP shelter hospital during disaster relief from the aspects of organization, mode, personnel, flow, accessories, handling and storing equipment, working environment and emergency repair. The effects of emergency management on maintaining equipment performances and decreasing deployment time were analyzed, and references were provided to military shelter hospital and mobile medical institutions.
