摘 要:通过单掺法和复掺法来探究若干无机早强剂对尾砂胶结膏体充填材料的早期强度的影响规律,并解释其早强机理。研究结果表明,碱性早强剂和硫酸盐类早强剂均可提高尾砂胶结充填材料的早期强度;碱性早强剂的早强效果要强于硫酸盐类早强剂,但Na_2O·1.5SiO_2作用效果除外;复掺硫酸盐和碱性早强剂的作用效果均优于单掺的早强效果;经对比,早强效果最好的是Na_2SO_4和NaOH以5%∶5%的比例复掺,使全尾砂胶结膏体充填料3d强度较未掺组提高73.5%,7d强度提高63.8%,28d强度提高25.7%。The effects of different accelerators on the early-stage strengths of tailings cemented paste backfill (CPB) are studied through single and compound mixing methods, and the strengthening mechanisms are explained. The results show that both alkali-accelerators and sulfate-accelerators can improve the early strengths of CPB, and alkali-accelerators have better influence than sulfate-accelerators, except Na_2O·1.5SiO_2. Accelerating effect of the combination of alkali-accelerators and sulfate-accelerators on early strengths of CPB is better than single one. Through comparison testing, the best combination of alkali-accelerators and sulfate-accelerators is Na2SO4 and NaOH with the proportion of 5% : 5%, which can increase the 3 d compressive strength by 73.5%, the 7 d strength by 63.8% and the 28 d strength by 25.7%.
